“WE Empower Summit”: The U.S. to the UAE Mission’s first ever summit. – Day 2

The U.S. Mission to the UAE proudly announces the launch of the “WE Empower” Regional Women’s Economic Empowerment Summit 2024. This landmark event will bring together over 300 participants, including women entrepreneurs, policymakers, CEOs, startups, and chambers of commerce, as well as other key stakeholders from the UAE and the broader region.

The WE Empower Summit will span three days and take place across three different emirates. The event will kick off on September 17 at New York University Abu Dhabi, featuring high-level participation, keynote addresses, success stories, and discussions on regulatory issues, access to finance, and sustainability. On September 18, the summit will move to Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park, with a focus on women in technology, clean tech startups, masterclasses, pitch competitions, and fireside chats. The final day, September 19, will be held at the St. Regis Business Bay in Dubai, highlighting sessions with Chambers of Commerce, media, emerging technologies, creative industries, and space exploration, and closing with the launch of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s “My Food Story” project.
